This East Meets West Indian Stew is my family’s favourite and there are never any complaints for my Chicken and Dumpling Stew so Easy in the Instant Pot!
Ingredients List:
10 boneless & skinless chicken thighs
1 & 1/2 cups flour, 2 tsps salt, 2 cups water (for dumplings)
4 medium carrots
4 medium stalks of celery
1 red onion
2 tbsps Lee's Ghee
2 tbsp Turmeric
1 tsp of each: Garam Masala, Black Salt, Zataar, Red Chilli Powder
Dash of Nutmeg
