I just made the red curry shrimp.. No onions or peppers and I didn't feel like making rice so I added spinach. Delicious. I added some cayenne for some kick.

It was only saying on while it was pre-heated and coming to pressure then it does the count down when it cooks at that pressure. The keep warm means when its done cooking it will keep it warm.

I have an instant pot and it took me using 3-4 times to get comfortable. However it still scares me when I do a manual pressure release.

I see Iβm not the only one gets confused when using the instant pot. I say the exact same things and Iβve used it three times. Every time I cut it on Iβm a deer in headlights.
Congratulations on 100k and yes I watch for the Costco hauls and just to see whatβs new going on with the family I am a empty nester so clutter is not a problem but I like the learning with the children because I do have my granddaughter from time to time and we are learning a lot of things so the dollar tree is my store.
