Great video thanks. Since you have a stainless steel pot (my bobo brand is a nonstick pot 😝) if you used chicken stock instead of water you could whip up a gravy or pan sauce afterwards…

You won’t get dried out meat with enough liquid. 15 mins. even with sautéing will give you tough chewy chicken. 35 mins (frozen) yield tender succulent chicken breasts.

I have a brand new 6 qt inst pot. You use lingo I don’t know. High manual?I need step by step lid on and each button with camera on what you push. Mine is dif from you, I got the sauté part. Cup water, trivia, chicken in. But..5 min. On high manual, no button that says that for me? 5 min more for gentle cooking? Buttons? What ever I did, chicken tastes good and not dry! Lol. I really like u. Happy 1st bday to daughter. 1st watch of u and it’s October 2019.

To make it a complete healthy meal, after taking out the grilled chicken from the pot I add in my 1 cup washed quinoa into the liquid and cook it for 1 min high pressure and 10 mins NPR. This makes the quinoa extremely delish as the liquid in the pot is very close to chicken broth. I've been making this as my meal prep for weekday lunches and it serves me for 3 meals. Cheers!

I use my pressure cooker every single day. I love cooking with it.>>>ur2.pl/1035 I want to get a second one just the cook additional dishes on the side. Sometimes, when I put the lid on, it seems as if it is locked, but it isn't. I will have to readjust the lid which can slow down my cooking time. I'm pleased overall. I like the look of it. I enjoy the ease of cooking with it. Excellent item.

I made this recipe as my first IP meal tonight. It seemed like it took forever to reach the cook phase and steam leaked out the sides of the lid, plus float valve never rose. What did I do wrong? Chicken cooked however!

I was given an instant pot for Christmas
    Just started to use it
So I make chicken breasts every week for lunch and for pot pies or other things
I buy like 4 pd packages and butterfly them as they are usually thick
So my question is should I do this three times to cook only three or four at a time or do the whole lot in one shot
Been cooking since I was 11 and let's just say that was some time ago
Made just about everything from crepes to bread to homemade pirogies and a lot more
    Your help would be appreciated

You made me hoot when you said you got rid of the bread machine AND the crockpot. I didn't realize you''re into miinimizing. NOW I see why I end up at your blog downloading recipes all the time. I did the very same thing because of minimizing! So funny. It scared my dog when I reacted to that! Thanks so much for this recipe. Like you mentioned, my chicken was either soggy or dry. I just needed your advice. The bit about the water was helpful. I will now apply that to other recipes that have meat on the trivet. THANKS!
