For some reason I thought this recipe was going to include noodles too. This looks so good. I will try this as I just bought a package of pancetta last night! Perfect time. My hubby and son would love this.
I made this except I originally cooked the chicken in the air fryer and I added some leftover pasta to the instant pot. I added the browned chicken to the instant pot and I didn’t have to pressure cook. Instead I put it on sauté and cooked the pancetta with some onion, I deglazed the pot and then i added the sauce and pasta and warmed it all up together and then I topped it with the chicken. It was a winner.
