Have to love Instant Pot recipes. Such a time saver and the flavors meld so well. Gigi is looking good! I’ll be trying this, but you know me, will have to leave a couple things out. Being vegan and having an onion allergy puts a twist on things. But I believe this will be a fantastic dish. Have the last of the garden tomatoes sitting on the countertop ready to use.
