    First off I’d like to mention how nice your nails look. Really makes the gold nails from the “Mexican Lasagna” video look plain.

    I had a “hard” time with this one, pun intended. My potatoes stayed pretty hard. I actually made a double batch of these with the intention of freezing single size servings and first I screwed up the flour and butter, had to toss it and start again since I don’t know how to cook 🙂 Think I had the butter too hot and then just dumped all the flour in at once and ended up with a mess. Got it right on the second try and everything was going great. After it was done cooking took a bite and the potatoes were done through but were very firm. Tried cooking them another 15 minutes but they didn’t get any softer. Maybe That’s how there supposed to be, I don’t know I’ve only had em out of the box, and those come out soft. I have bad teeth and am getting sick of mashed potatoes. Could it be that I sliced the potatoes first then made the sauce and I’m pretty slow. I noticed by the time I started layering them in the pan they were getting a brownish color.

    Any suggestions or feedback from anyone would be appreciated.
