Girlfriend I'm with you. I hated camping. I have 3 sons so when they were growing up my husband who loves to camp, we would all go camping and fishing YUK. Once they got to be teenagers if was a big NO for me from then on they went with dad. My idea of camping is sleeping in a hotel room with a window open. Ha Ha

That looks good. Normally I like my potatoes more chunky with (for instance) corned beef Hash but this looks similar so what is not to like. Few ingredient adjustments e.g. peas instead of the corn but no matter.
btw:- 😀 I thought I had bought your book but it was by someone else and I was puzzled by the name of the author but Amazon only had a Kindle Version here in Britain so I have that and your Slow Cooker version as well.
btw2: For your information there is nothing, NOTHING mor cosy that lying in a tent in a snug sleeping bag, with or without hot girl, listening to the sound of the rain beating on the canvas.
