Hi, thanks for your video on egg bites. I have seen other recipes for the Instant Pot where they used the steam setting for 8 minutes. But you used the manual pressure for 8 minutes. Guess I will try them both ways.

Can picture adding a fully cooked sausage in the middle of the pancakes, or use hot dogs in cornbread. Just got my IP and shopping for useful accessories, thanks for sharing what you found useful.

Omg thatโ€™s a great idea to make pancake bites. Only thing different I would do is put the blueberries and each one separately that way everybody gets the same amount LOL hmmmThanking those little sausages that kind a look like hotdogs you could slice it and stick it in with the pancakes and have pancakes and sausage Yum

I just bought these molds & am very happy to see that I can make pancakes with them in my IP because I hate standing over pancakes on the stove! Now I'm off to see what else your site has to offer.

Catherine I donโ€™t have an insta pot yet but after watching this video Iโ€™m wondering can you do cup cakes in that as well in the egg bite maker ? Also can you maybe stack 2 or 3 of those to make lots more?

Halfway through the video, I realized you were wearing a Texas Ren Fest shirt and quite literally shouted with glee. I'm a southern TX girl myself. Side question, could i make the egg bites and the pancake bites at the same time?

this really seems like there's no benefit from a taste perspective over simply taking the egg mix and pouring into a frying pan and cooking. More of a presentation piece or a way to make it more interesting to children. 8 minute cook, 10 minute rest and of course the IP heating time your looking at 20 minutes for something I'm sure I could cook in half the time. Thanks for the video though as it's helped me make the decision as too whether or not the egg mold would be something I would get any use out of.

Thank you for the excellent recipes and tips, (I won't be "cheesy" and say "eggcellent") ๐Ÿ˜‹ Seriously, I watched a lot of "how to" vids on using the Instant Pot to make Sous Vide egg bites, and no others suggested ricotta, which sounds so good and I can't wait to try, or gave the great tip on covering with a paper towel & foiling to wick up the condensation! And you didn't beat/process to death the ingredients and combined all, including the bacon, so as to have a uniform consistency throughout. Yours came out beautiful, with a little bit denser looking texture, that seems more similar to the famous Starbucks ones! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘โค Very helpful, thx!
