    You have to mix the bread then let it rise before knead the bread and then proofing before baking. Do that and you will have better bread. Also let it cool before cutting.

Heard most part of the direction you gave for the recipe and wherever your volume went low I just figured out what you must have said. So donโ€™t bother with the disheartening comments from others.     For the time it took to make the bread from start to finish I think she would have gotten a much better result cooking it in the oven. Also a no knead bread really needs at least 8hours if not longer rising time to naturally develop the gluten.
