Unless you are on the Starch Solution you should not be eating potatoes as you are Obese! You a Heart Attack waiting to happen. Note: you don't need to cover potatoes as they steam, so use only 1 cup with water.
hey it's safe if, I put 6 Pounds Potatoes with lots of water on PRESSURE COOK MODE (COZ I HV LATEST INSTANT POT) for 15 mins. I totally close the lid on sealing Mode.
