    I find that the potatoes disintegrate if cooked for this long, so I don't add them at the beginning of pressure cooking. I cook the curry for less time to start with, depressurise, add the potatoes (and some large chunks of onion because I like some not to dissolve into the sauce), and bring it back to pressure cooking for the last 15 min or so. Thanks for the video!
