Instant Pot Best Ever Meatballs

So you want one of the most outrageous, flavorful and tender meatballs around that are CRAZY EASY to make, eh? LOOK NO FURTHER. I am KNOWN for these babies and always make them at any gathering (always by popular demand). And now, I’ve taken it up a notch by doing it in the Instant Pot! Meatballs serve so much more purpose than just being paired with its lover, spaghetti. They also taste amazing on their own with some Marninara sauce (or gravy), or as I love them most, as a MEATBALL HERO PARMIGIANA! You’re going to be singing “O Sole Mio” after you eat these and so will your family & friends!

I wish you would put on some recipes that are kosher. I can’t imagine there are not others who would like that too. Thanks!
I made your meatballs tonight and put them over rice. They were so good! Thank you.
I am definitely making these meatballs for the family!
I am new to the channel and I absolutely love it!
Love Victoria sauce!
Making your meatballs again !! With homemade sauce -tomatoes from my garden . Yummy.
Oh baby what is you doing?! I’m From Napoli and this is not how you make meatballs. Lol so cute tho
Made these today. One issue: The water has to be MIXED with the sauce. You can't just add it. I made that mistake, got the burn error and now I am simmering them on the stove, becuase now it's quicker than letting the pot cool, washing everything, and starting it up again.
There's really no reason to eat frozen meatballs again!
I made this tonite, its the first recipe I made in this…not realizing you did not use a 3qt like I have…I followed your directions which brought the sauce level to the top…Did the quick release valve wish I could show you a picture of my cabinets loaded with sauce….I am going to have to figure out how to change recipes to 3 qt……ughhh
Did i see you put 12 MB's and when finished there were only half or so shown.
Great! Just wish we had your rolls here in So. California.
Yuuuuum! Thank you for always giving the best recipes that make myself and my family 's stomachs sooooo happy. You know how to cook with love. Nothing I've tried you have done has not been too notch. Much love!
Made this in an 8qt. Instant Pot, and enjoying it right now. Some notes: the website recipe says 2cups water, and 3 cups for an 8qt pot. This might be a bit too much, but it doesn't ruin the flavor, just makes the sauce a bit thin. Additionally, we substituted ground chicken for the pork, and we had "traditional" Prego brand sauce on hand, so we used that instead of the recommended. Still came out fantastic and with the addition of pasta, salad, and fresh baked garlic bread, it's certainly a meal for 4 to 6 people.
I am not sure what I did wrong but I also had spaghetti in the pot and “burn” kept coming up. I had increased the pasta sauce and added another cup of water. Every time it came to pressure the button would drop and the pot would switch to warm. The pasta had burned at the bottom of the pot and even though I deglazed, it wouldn’t continue. Finished it on the stove. The recipe is delicious though.
Made them tonight. Bomb. ❤️
Tasty but unfortunately I used the printed recipe which states to use TWO cups of water, not one like this video. That was some runny sauce.
Jeff, you amaze me with your awesome recipes? Honestly…. if it weren’t for you and you’re recipes,I would never have enjoyed my Instant Pot like I do?Hi to Richard,& Bango too👍🏼♥️
Sexy legs! Great recipe. Thanks!
Mama Mia!!!! Your channel is simply the best.
That looks amazing, thanks for this idea.
"Gefilte fish" I laughed so much, I cried.
I just want to thank you and say that I have used more of your recepies than anyone else on youtube and they are always AMAZINGGG!!! I can't wait to try this one but on a side note if you replaced the meatballs with Italian Sweet Sausages how long would they take to cook in the Marinara sauce? By the way…I even bought the same sauce as you. Thanks again, Ed
I used your recipe on the web. Excellent results! Twice. Humble suggestion: can you use upper-case T on Tbsp and lower-case t on tsp? It would make it much less error-prone.
I wonder if pot in pot would be the way to go. Put water in insert pot and then put sauce and meatballs in pot in pot.
You might have clean hands. But you have Dead skin cells falling off while you’re mixing that shit. People are eating your dead skin cells
The Victoria White Linen sauce is no longer at our Sams or Costco! Found on Amazon for $26.99 Nooooo! Big difference, might have to make my own. Was hoping to try your suggestion, seems everyone loves it. Why do they carry things, get you hooked, then sorry we don't carry that anymore. 🙁 Boo Hiss!
You need to use a tripod.
BUY A TRIPOD. DAAAAAAAAAAA
Thank you! I made these meatballs last night during our first big snowstorm here in Virginia! Such a hit. I will be trying your beef stroganoff recipe next.
My mother taught me years ago to never, ever use sauce from a jar. For 40 years i made homemade marinara sauce. I would spend half the day simmering and perfecting and many told me it was one of the best. And then i tried Victoria marinara. I don't make my marinara very much anymore. It might not be as good but it really is great and do convenient. Great video by the way. Cheers!
This looks great, I'm gonna try it soon. BTW, what's with the IU hat?
oh yeah this is happening this weekend fosho
Did. Not worn well for me. Got the burn message on the cooker. Taste was good though
