For more great Instant Pot recipes, please visit InstantPotEasy.com

So you want one of the most outrageous, flavorful and tender meatballs around that are CRAZY EASY to make, eh? LOOK NO FURTHER. I am KNOWN for these babies and always make them at any gathering (always by popular demand). And now, I’ve taken it up a notch by doing it in the Instant Pot! Meatballs serve so much more purpose than just being paired with its lover, spaghetti. They also taste amazing on their own with some Marninara sauce (or gravy), or as I love them most, as a MEATBALL HERO PARMIGIANA! You’re going to be singing “O Sole Mio” after you eat these and so will your family & friends!

Made these today. One issue: The water has to be MIXED with the sauce. You can't just add it. I made that mistake, got the burn error and now I am simmering them on the stove, becuase now it's quicker than letting the pot cool, washing everything, and starting it up again.

Made this in an 8qt. Instant Pot, and enjoying it right now. Some notes: the website recipe says 2cups water, and 3 cups for an 8qt pot. This might be a bit too much, but it doesn't ruin the flavor, just makes the sauce a bit thin. Additionally, we substituted ground chicken for the pork, and we had "traditional" Prego brand sauce on hand, so we used that instead of the recommended. Still came out fantastic and with the addition of pasta, salad, and fresh baked garlic bread, it's certainly a meal for 4 to 6 people.

I am not sure what I did wrong but I also had spaghetti in the pot and “burn” kept coming up. I had increased the pasta sauce and added another cup of water. Every time it came to pressure the button would drop and the pot would switch to warm. The pasta had burned at the bottom of the pot and even though I deglazed, it wouldn’t continue. Finished it on the stove. The recipe is delicious though.

I just want to thank you and say that I have used more of your recepies than anyone else on youtube and they are always AMAZINGGG!!! I can't wait to try this one but on a side note if you replaced the meatballs with Italian Sweet Sausages how long would they take to cook in the Marinara sauce? By the way…I even bought the same sauce as you. Thanks again, Ed

I used your recipe on the web. Excellent results! Twice. Humble suggestion: can you use upper-case T on Tbsp and lower-case t on tsp? It would make it much less error-prone.

The Victoria White Linen sauce is no longer at our Sams or Costco! Found on Amazon for $26.99 Nooooo! Big difference, might have to make my own. Was hoping to try your suggestion, seems everyone loves it. Why do they carry things, get you hooked, then sorry we don't carry that anymore. 🙁 Boo Hiss!

My mother taught me years ago to never, ever use sauce from a jar. For 40 years i made homemade marinara sauce. I would spend half the day simmering and perfecting and many told me it was one of the best. And then i tried Victoria marinara. I don't make my marinara very much anymore. It might not be as good but it really is great and do convenient. Great video by the way. Cheers!
