    Man! That is so awesome! The first thing that comes to mind when I hear someone say Beef Wellington is all the work it takes to make it. It is easy to screw it up too. This is so simple and just about foolproof. This will blow people's minds for sure! Looks absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing!

    These were called Vol-au-Vent cases and were really popular back in the 70s and 80s. They seemed to fall out of favour and I haven't seen them in the shops for years here in the UK.

    Mr. Jeffrey, 🎵 eminently practical and yet appropriate as always🎵… (a la Sweeney Todd) Absolute easy genius!!! Serve with salad and favorite side of colored vegetables, like glazed carrots.. Yum!!
