Thankfully there's people brave enough to do this….seriously, if I had to kill and then cut up my "kill", I'd eat only Fish and Vegetables. I would be the guy that would barter with somebody that I could fix their Roof for a nice chunk of that Meat…I'm not much of a killing Machine…but I am one hell of a cook and I would probably offer to cook US a dinner with YOUR meat. Lengua is my favorite Taco meat… but I'll never make it, maybe… I'm still going to watch.

I had them once when I was younger but the meat wasn’t tender it was spongey and I just couldn’t handle the texture

I’ve never eaten tongue but, we bought some bulk beef which included tongue. I’ve kept it frozen while contemplating HOW to cook it. Thank you for showing me in a step by step way what to do. I really appreciate that you are a “waste not, want not,” person too
