Okay, followed your recipe as close as I could and substituted beef tenderloin and it is most delicious!!!! I have missed it so. We are gluten free and for the most part dairy free. The growth hormone they give the cows give me vertigo to the extent can’t function as a human being but more like a dizzy rug? Thanks I will subscribe for sure.
I’m sorry but when you got to the ground beef, I was done! Do you understand the history of who Stroganoff was? Only the tenderloin should be used? That’s like putting Ford Pinto seats in a Tesla !

Hello! I just wanted you to know that I made this today and it was really good. I don't have an instant pot so I made it on the stove top. It was a really quick meal to make and it was very delicious. I made half a recipe and it is still enough to feed me and my husband for another two dinners. So thank you.
