You explained how to chop up the onion and mushrooms but you really did nt explain why you added the butter and did you saute the butter thru?
Just put this in the pot. I have tried other beef stroganoff recipes. I hope this one tops those! Noodles in the pot. I always did it on the side. Now I know.
