Oh my goodness I wish I knew you long ago when we use to go camping with the kids! (They are all adults now!). Where did you find those trays! My kids still camp with their families so I’d like to get them something along those lines. We use to camp by the ocean and I would do the same prep and bring meals. We didn’t eat nearly as good as you though! lol we’d do the basic camping food (hobo bags, hot dogs etc) we always did a big breakfast on our last day however that was out amazing meal usually. And what an AMAZING potato hack!!!! I never thought of that! You would think I would have after spending up to 3 hours trying to get potatoes done on a camp fire. 😂
