    I made this recipe. I eliminated the peppers, and saluted the meat before adding the garlic and ginger. Only changes and this was the best beef and broccoli we ever had. This will be one of our favorites. Thanks for sharing. ๐Ÿ™‚

    I have a question, when you say cup I'm not sure if you are referring to the rice cup that is provided with the instant pot which is 180 ml or the us cup? So is the ratio of rice cup (180 ml): water (237ml) ?

    Nice meal Jaxx! Just got my instant pot and have been having some really good results so far. I saw your channel (and this meal) and had to try it. Wow! Really good! I didn't have the trivet or the rice pan so I just did the rice and beef separately. It just took a little longer that way. Not sure it that affects the timings at all but I used your timings and it still came out really good. Thanks!
