THANK YOU for posting this! Beef Barley soup is my favorite soup. Going to be cold and rainy here in PA tomorrow afternoon/leaving. Hoping to get some good beef meat at market and get this rolling beforehand. My only addition would be mushrooms. Otherwise will follow your recipe and let you know. Have a blessed Sunday.

As a 67 year old male who has never cooked in his life (Mrs Metalman is a superb cook), the instant pot has been a game changer for me.
