We prefer the mixed beans, but I'm afraid the different sized beans will cook unevenly. Have you tried the mixed beans in Insta Pot?
Could you use sour cream instead of Half and Half? Diabetic and watching my sugar carefully. Also wouldn't use potatoes for the same reason. Not using potatoes–will this affect the sauté time?
