    I would rinse it off, paper towel blot it, re-season it, and cook it. I’m sure your floor is pretty clean. But I get why you did since you were on camera. But how are we to know that you really threw it away 😉

    I would wash the dropped chicken, dry with paper towels, re-season and cook it. What a waste to throw it away. Recipe looks delicious. I don’t have an “instant pot” so maybe I’ll try it in the oven.

    I don't wash my chicken either. Neither do any of the chefs on the cooking shows. Cooking process takes care of that. But what you do want to was are your surfaces and anything that touches the chicken when it's raw. I would have then washed the dropped chicken and re seasoned it. I know what's been on my floor. It's probably cleaner than my kitchen sink. 🙂
