I honestly needed to see one pricked so I could see just how soft or firm they were. I was so surprised you ended the video right after opening the pot. We can't really learn just taking your word for it that they're ready to eat. Oh well. Thanks anyway.

I have a new 3qt. Instant Pot. It's my first IP. 18 mins doesn't seem to be enough time for 2 Russets I cooked a few nights ago. Not sure how that could be, but that's what I got. Had to go back in for another 15-20 mins. which takes 30 mins. So, I guess it would be important to always say that you "may" need to add some more time for the smaller 3qt IPs and also what may happen if you add more cooking time- in the case of potatoes, I don't think over cooking a bit affects them too much. I had the same issue with a mac&cheese dish I made a few weeks ago. The recipe was meant for a 6qt., but my 3qt. under cooked the pasta. Had to add more cooking time, which you know is essentially almost a restart from the beginning in terms of getting the pot to pressurize. It's a pain.

My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>t.co/iIntdwsnhc Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!

A "baked potato" is not a generic term, it describes the method of cooking. Your method = steamed NOT BAKED potatoes. Nuked potatoes are more "baked" than yours because they are cooked with dry heat. Truth in advertising, please!
