Boiled via steam not baked via dry heat. Both are good but this will not produce a traditional steakhouse baked potato. Put a temp probe in and bake to 210 degrees internal temperature.
Does it taste like oven baked potatoes or? I like oven baked red potatoes and was wondering if IP will taste like that.!!!
So happy I found this cause every other baked potato video everyone uses at least 4 potatoes and cook for 14 mins and each time I follow that with just 2 potatoes it’s never cooked!
Can’t wait to try baked potatoes again at the time you used instead
