If it was me I would use my coffee grinder on the Nibs to be sure then add. I have been thinking about getting one their blender since our old ones have been acting up and having trouble repairing they are two old Oster Units a Stand alone blender and a multi function Kitchen Unit Center. They were my mother's and they lasted 30 to 40+ years. I am 45. So you get the idea. Plus I like the Idea that I can make my own non-dairy milks with it.
