Thank you, What size chicken or Turkey can we cook with this 8 quart?
Can hardly wait to cooking a Turkey in it. Might have yo cut out the legs to make it all fit. I might buy that German set of knives.

My 8 QT is on its way. Scored a Cyber Monday/Tuesday deal for $79 from Amazon. Last Amazon Prime Day in July, I bought an
Instant Pot Duo Plus 9-in-1 Multi-Functional Pressure Cooker, 6 Qt for $45. Amazon accidentally posted the offer with too many deductions and I was able to buy it at that price before they caught their error. Thanks, Nili for all these great videos. 👍🙌😀

Just got my 8 quart yesterday. I have two 6 quarts, one 3 quart (for the travel trailer) and now this one. They’re amazing. The 8 quart will mostly be used at work to feed our crew of guys.

Nili, I really enjoy your videos. I purchased an 8 quart Instant Pot Duo at a yardsale. Everything came with it except the paperwork, cheat sheets, manual & recipe book. Do you know if I can get these items without having to print them off from the website? Thank you! Katy G.

Opening with you now. Yeah it is HUGE. It's the only one I have but it's much larger than it looks on here!
It was really helpful following along with your opening. I would have had a heck of a time with that condensation collector! haha
Ok, I'm off to read the manual and recipe book!! YAY!! Thanks, Nili!

I don't know how anyone can use the 6qt as it's small. Your only suppose to fill the pot 2/3 full at most so your not even getting the 6qts. Pretty small to feed a family. I went with the 8 qt which still isn't that big when adding bones for soup.

I ordered the same 8qt as you did. It was delivered on Sunday, yesterday I tried it out and loved it but I think Amazon sent me the wrong one. Mine doesn't have the manual button so I was a bit confused when playing with it yesterday. After taking a closer look I was sent Instant Pot IP-DUO V2, not the Instant Pot DUO80. The key pad seems to be the only thing different but almost all YouTube videos tell you to push the manual button! LOL!!! Do you have any idea if the one I got is a older version? TY!! Love your videos!!

The 8 qt. went on sale on Prime Day, last July. It was the top seller on Amazon Prime Day. Congratulations on finally getting one. I know you'll put it to good use with your large (and growing) family. My next one will be the Mini, for yogurt and side dishes.

I have a 6 qt Duo and I love it. I just changed the sealing ring for the first time. Until Sunday everything was going well. Then I started having issues with the pressure and the pin coming up. I knew it was time and I had just ordered a set of sealing rings. The second they came I put one in. I immediately started cooking with it and it works well. I cooked a pumpkin, some sausage (8 min on meat setting), a batch of smoked Basmati rice PIP and dinner (sausage, beans and greens). Enjoy your 8 qt.

Nice ,informative video ! I have both the 8 qt. & the 3 qt. I found the 8 qt to be a bit heavy to move , but if I take out the liner & take off the lid before I move it it is much lighter ! It usually sits on my counter under the cabinets so I have to move it either to the stove ( on a big cutting board) or just farther out on the counter to cook with. Enjoy your new 8qt IP !!

Thanks for doing an unboxing! I purchased the 8 quart as well. Could you please do a video on deep cleaning your IP? I think it would be so helpful! Love your videos 🤗

On my 6qt Instant pot I got mid summer, it does not have the removable moisture cup in the back like yours. Also and most disapointing, my trivit does not have those handles, which as you know are pretty handy. Tother than that they are pretty much the same and I really love my instant pot..

I just got mine today too!! I had watched your other unboxing and loved the idea of the detachable cord and was a little bummed that mine did not have that (oh well). I also liked all the measurement marks on the inside of the pot and mind didn’t have that many (no worries). Can’t wait to get using it!!
