Such a nice property, but why would they put in a chain link fence around the pool instead of a much more aesthetic-looking barrier.
I do appreciate the longer format you used here. The half hour to forty minute episodes were too abbreviated and caused me to lose interest. As someone who appreciates architecture I enjoy the time spent to present the home in a way that lets me easily connect the layout of the house, room to room. (By the way, a moment to show the floor plan is nice, too. I have often referred back to those plans when watching home presentations.)

This actually seems pretty priced to sell. We've seen so many houses on this channel with smaller lots, less sqft, and a worse view for 10-20M more than this. The finishes all look classy, timeless, and nothing looks cheap or half assed.
I expect this one will actually sell fairly quickly.

The production level over the last 6 months has increased significantly, don’t get me wrong I loved the way the videos were when Miley was around but it’s almost like it’s a show now extremely well put together and clearly has an excellent team of videographers
Looking at videos like this are so comforting and relaxing it really takes your mind off of all the madness this home is absolutely beautiful from what I'm seeing so far
the other guy behind the camera is better, he is more autentic and not speaks so much nonsense
