it took 30 years for me to Heal from D.i.D they say its not fixable. But to me Its like playing multiple avatars in a video game. They are all still use, why not combine them. It was a lot of trauma and time behind bars.
Keep that in mind. Its up to the person to choose. Not be weak and create a personality that Can handle it and then That personality is evil and decided to kill. "Joe" one of my inner voices. Hes angry, violent, and talks soo much shit. But on the same note, I didnt lock him up and accepted him as part of me. And thus now he helped me in what to do while under attack for self defense with the other 2 help moderate the damage and avoid using too much force such as that would take to kill. Complecated but There were some good people in my life who helped me through it, and Wenzes helped me became normal. I only have 1 peronality with thoughts i my head. Kina like a Tribunal.

The key word is using it intentionally. I understand very well what you're talkin about in this video. I have to constantly remind my dissociation did I own it and that it doesn't own me. By the way, it's also to my advantage to remind all of my cognitive functions of the same thing. In other words, I'm in charge and they are my servants.
