Hi Jill, I made the carrot cake yesterday. I did shred my carrots very finely and I wasn’t sure about the pineapple if I had to drain it well ? The taste was really good but the texture was a little heavy. Do you think it was cause by too much carrots and juice from pineapple? Thanks! I had to freeze some pieces because I would eat it all😂

Jill, your recipes are really good, but you are really outdoing yourself these days! I made these cake bars this morning and they were delicious! I did not even make the frosting, but they were so good both warm and at room temperature. It was hard to resist eating the whole pan full. Thank you for this yummy recipe.
