    Hi Steve. I totally agree with your good lady about the Spinach Bro. I am growing Spinach and Swiss Chard, (us Kiwis call it Silverbeet, and I don't use the "spine"), both of which make a great Saag. May I wish you and yours "Meri Kirihimete!" (Merry Christmas in Te Reo Maori).
