The Parathas are looks good. But, my Mom make it other way, like make the dow in round shape like Roti. After that she fold or make that triangular shape like urs.
And 1 think u added that jeera powder in Raita. Was that roasted??
I'm always use roast chilli or jeera powder for salad, raita or Abhada-Pani (Dahi-Pani) its our Lord Jagannath's fevorite drink. In this season in Odisha u can drink everywhere free of cost this Avada pani.
