These all look so good, I would just need to swap out all of the spicy stuff since I can't eat it. On the first one with the mango, if you don't like mango what would be a good fruit swap and still blend well with the other flavors?

For that first salad, what fruit could you use instead of mango? I am not the biggest mango fan but love the idea of adding a sweet fruit to my salads.
As an Indian, I dunno if I want to bite into coriander seeds. They taste bad. I would use coriander power!
