If anyone was thinking about adding turmeric into this, you must heat turmeric for 10 mins as a paste with water to get the curcuminoids to migrate into the fat. This is why the ayurvedic's heated the turmeric with water for 10 most in the GOLDEN MILK. Mainstream science also say when heated, turmeric can go from 1% to 12% (does not matter how much black pepper). THE OTHER WAY, is to ferment raw turmeric and juice it and add it in. Just don't add RAW turmeric into this if you want the benefits, heat it or ferment it you will get the most.
