Keep in mind that toxins including heavy metals and pesticides get trapped in the fat, so eating a diet rich in fats has its risks. Maybe tiredness is a sign that your body is taking in all the toxins.

I have tried Keto and Carnivore and always feel very sick, even after giving it months of effort. I quit and go back to my regular eating but I wish it would work out for me. I like your advice but eating more fat makes me feel worse and I am usually not hungry so it is hard to eat multiple times a day. Any advice? Maybe I'm biologically not designed for that way of eating?
When you switch to carnivore, you actually don’t even crave sugar anymore because your body is satisfied with good nutrients you don’t get that hunger effect anymore
