I'm glad that your freezer meals aren't necessarily for the crock pot. I work the early shift. If I were to put the meal in the crock pot before I went to work, it would be way over cooked by dinner time. If I put it in the crock pot once I got home, it wouldn't be ready soon enough. It's good to know that they can be done that way too though. ( I might try that on a day off. )

Hi Becky! Just wanted to say I really love your channel. I don't have a homestead or a garden or any of that (I live in a huge city). But I find these videos to be very calming and fun (and as a therapist anything that helps keep me calm and happy is a blessing!) Also, will we be seeing a video of you planting all the seeds you bought recently?

You were going to use the lamb in your freezer. I know you don't really like lamb so I thought you could gift it to your mother- in-law cause I figure Josh ate there and they all liked it and you can have a night out with friends. After the challenge is over of course! I'am surprised you tried the fermented pickles a second time. Loved the face you made!!! You said Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope x8. I'm beginning to think that you didn't like them!!!😋

As long as you completely cover your shells with sauce and add a little extra moisture, like water, the shells will cook just like the raw lasagna noodles. So much easier to fill that way and don’t break. Your zucchini would provide some of that extra moisture too.

Hi Becky! I remember you canned dry beans in a previous video. Can you tell me if you’ve used them. I’m curious how the texture is, how you cook them, and if you have to do anything special when cooking with them.

I have been following your journey and not participating … and thennnn, my garage freezer stopped working, l did not realize until a package way in the back was squishy. Hence the frantic food prep began. Cooking, crockpotting, canning, dehydrating, processing in anyway possible .. including eating lol !! Now that l have it under control l feel we could eat for a month just on the things l prepared from the Panic Prep. Soooo here we go ALL Aboard! Love you Becky thanx for being your best self! <3

When you tried those onions I was really wanting it to taste good for you, but I love how honest you were. I guess it's a trial and error process. I'm even more interested in all your canned goods now more than ever. I've been interested in canning but it feels like it requires a lesson or something.

Becky I’ve watched everything you’ve done since day 1! It’s great to see you’re still keeping it real and not letting your amazing success go to your head. Love your channel and superb content! Well done again 👍

Love the chex mix as crunchy topping for Mac n cheese, I've used corn flakes before or crackers I've had. Love your channel. You remind me alot of myself when I was younger. Now that I'm older and my older son is married I haven't prepped as much. Heck after working I hate cooking. My younger son loves driving and going get food for himself.
