The fact you didn’t add any industrially processed sugar does not make this sugar free. Apples add sweetness because they contain about two tablespoons of sugar. They’re a great source of sugar, don’t get me wrong, but they still contain sugar, even if it’s much less than what’s normally added.

Brother, ketchup is like the healthiest condiment besides mustard. Hot sauce is loaded with salt.

It’s just obsession at this point. Eat this ketchup because you like it, not because you want to avoid regular, cheap ketchup.

Edit: Ketchup is only 20 calories per tbsp. Ranch, Mayo, honey mustard, oil based dressings are around 100 calories per tbsp.

Unless you have some medical aversion to sugar, there’s absolutely no reason your body can’t easily process the stuff. I lost weight eating anabolic burgers and air fried fries with ketchup.

I just made this ketchup and it turned out great! I used extra tomato paste because hubby likes his ketchup thick. A little Italian seasoning, curry powder, and a dash of nutritional yeast for taste.. it's a hit. Thank you!

Fascinating. Your ketchup has almost double the sugar compared to ours. But ours is also pretty much just tomato, vinegar, sugar, water and spices. In that order of amounts. Well, pretty much as in that's the full ingredients list (if you include salt).

    Replacing sugar with sugar.

People are so brainwashed these days. They are fed lie after lie about food and they don't even know it. Carbs. Vegetable based diets. Fruit being 'healthy' yea, maybe if you had 1 or two apples a week. but se consume far more than we should.
