That’s the whole point of intermittent fasting. It gives you the opportunity to allow crap calories in with good calories. It’s also the same as a regular diet just moderate yourself

Everyone’s a critic!😅🤣 and usually because they’re highly critical of themselves. Anyway you said it right. There’s no such thing as perfect and one size doesn’t fit all.

WE HAVE GREAT DAYS AND WE HAVE OK DAYS, ITS CALLED REAL LIFE!!
WHEN I SEE VIDEOS OF KETO OR PALEO FOLKS HAVING ONLY THE IDEAL/PERFECT CHOICES, I OFTEN WONDER WHAT THEY REALLY EAT WHEN "WE'RE NOT LOOKING"…LOL 😝😝!!

He’s eating absolute trash constantly. Every video is trash processed food, fried food, just disgusting crap nonstop. And then talking about “perfect being the enemy of the good”. This diet is horrible. Nothing about it is remotely good. Let alone even nearing perfection. Ppl are making the comments because you’re eating horribly. You defeat the entire point of intermittent fasting by eating so many processed and fatty, nutrient missing foods. Icings and a pound of bacon and cakes and sooo much cheese on everything. Disgusting diet!! 🤮

Great point I definitely agree with this! People think diet is simply eating a salad 24/7 and end up binge eating junk after a week. It's all about sustainability. People can do a water fast all they want but if you don't know how to track your calories and your maintenance, you will always revert back into your old body. Eat in variety, track your protien fat and carbs, learn your maintenance calories and STAY CONSISTENT. Substitute the bad for the good, doesn't mean not having your favorites from time to time.

I 100% agree. Yes, eating only canned tuna and vegetables all day long might be very healthy but that diet would last at most a week. With your diet you are able to have a mix of foods and not feel like you want to cheat.
