Newby question here. If you clean and reseason your grill after each use, and sometimes go for weeks at a time before using it again, how do you clean it before using again or do you need to clean it before? Thanks

Your channel has been amazing for me as I got my first griddle, anyway to give a little something back, is W sauce Worcestershire sauce? If you're calling it W sauce because of pronunciation, it's pronounced Wuh-ster-sheer or at least that's how we say it in the UK

Have you heard of chicken fried steak? Or West this is a very popular dish. It's similar to country fried but instead you deep fry the steak like how you would chicken. Lot of time they just use a pan filled with oil to fry it.
A lot of restaurants around here use it and then do things like chicken fried steak breakfast burrito, or biscuit like this sandwich.
W sauce is awesome

I like the concept and I am not a small person but I think you need about half the meat and bread. Size of the cibatta looks fine but I would pull as much bread as I could from the inside before plating it up and cut the meat in half. I would chow that down and then see if I need a round two!
