Hey brother, that looks incredible, you built a ton of flavor into that beast. From bread to gravy to the steak and cover with an egg and that sauce. It looks like you have an extra one, I'll be right over.

Boss, just when I thought you couldn't raise the bar any higher, you do it. I was wondering earlier this week about a plain cream gravy not made from meat drippings being good or not. It must work huh? 😊

OK…I'm leaving my house in upstate NY now. I SHOULD be to your place in time for breakfast on Friday morning! LET'S EAT!! Man, that breakfast sandwich looks better than anything I've ever seen, in ANY restaurant! Nicely done…

Newby question here. If you clean and reseason your grill after each use, and sometimes go for weeks at a time before using it again, how do you clean it before using again or do you need to clean it before? Thanks

Your channel has been amazing for me as I got my first griddle, anyway to give a little something back, is W sauce Worcestershire sauce? If you're calling it W sauce because of pronunciation, it's pronounced Wuh-ster-sheer or at least that's how we say it in the UK

Have you heard of chicken fried steak? Or West this is a very popular dish. It's similar to country fried but instead you deep fry the steak like how you would chicken. Lot of time they just use a pan filled with oil to fry it.

A lot of restaurants around here use it and then do things like chicken fried steak breakfast burrito, or biscuit like this sandwich.

I like the concept and I am not a small person but I think you need about half the meat and bread. Size of the cibatta looks fine but I would pull as much bread as I could from the inside before plating it up and cut the meat in half. I would chow that down and then see if I need a round two!
