I'm not a vegan, so I made half with tofu & half with ricotta to see which tastes better. When I pulled them out of the oven, I forgot which was which. I tried each and couldn't tell the difference lol, they look and taste the same. So I'm not sure if we ate tofu or ricotta tonight 😂

OMG, for a second I felt déjà vu and was sure that it wasn't the first time you've made this recipe 😅. But yeah, I made this one last Christmas, and it was sooo yummy. Can't believe you're leveling up the recipe 😯

Do you have any tips for subbing out the tofu? I'm sensitive to soy, but I'd love to make this! Do you think I could use white beans, Cashews, or a combination? Or maybe something else?

    Thank you!!

This looks delicious but I don't like this editing style at all. So many cuts! I wasn't counting but I bet there were at least 200 cuts (and unnecessary crash zooms) in this video. It felt like ADHD in video form.

Meat eaters have to worry about drug residue or hormones…vegans have to worry about dirty leeks😂🌱💪 may be worth the change?!😙 *looks really yummy and decadent😋🍝

This looks so delicious, I am going to make a veg version of this! stay tuned. Also there are other simpler ways to clean leeks (scoring them is a quick and efficient way to clean leeks)

i've never heard anyone say that you can't eat the green parts of the leek, they're very commonly used in cooking here (germany) and in fact i think it's the best part xD
guess it's time to mash some pumpkin because i've never seen pumpkin puree sold here
