I always sprinkle the entire contents of the french onion soup packet over the mix. I found I didn't need to add any gravy mix. Just add a bit more corn flour to thicken the sauce in the baking dish.

The tinned Apricot Nectar that you couldn't find is BERRI Apricot Nectar which sadly is no longer made. It was the best and most flavoursome and came in 405 ml cans. The instructions included lighly coating the chicken pieces with flour. If only I knew their recipe and ingredients for the nectar that would solve the problem – I've tried other versions including the one here and others on YT but none compare.

Apricot nectar I found on Amazon. Here in US and at Whole Foods , frozen sometimes
Only thing missing are green vegetables π₯¬ and I highly suggest pan cooked spinach with seasoning please ! Lol π
