    I think our bodies can only absorb 32g of protein in a meal but not positive. Good ideas though, and keep up the great work! Those exercises more work the tiny muscles that you won’t see a huge difference in your overall shape but hey, you’re lapping everyone on the couch! ❤

    Hi friend! I’m curious how you find logging recipes on the fitness pal app. I used it for a bit, but I cook a lot of recipes I find on Pinterest and it’s such a PITA to log that stuff lol. Hopefully the abbreviation will save me from my comment getting blocked 😂. So proud of you! You’re giving me some motivation to start on my own journey. I just have to stop being lazy!! ☹️
