The world of food import and export is really quite something different to other industries. There is a company here in Melbourne(Australia) that is a chinese company, all the paperwork is in chinese etc. They buy Australian milk products and send them directly to USA. It is shipped by plane from Sydney. Looking at the paperwork, you would never know it is originating in Australia.

This is absolutely amazing and worthy of emulation! Russia was a country importing food a mere twenty years ago. It has now turned this situation around and has become one of the world’s largest food exporter!

Heads up for next year… My cousins husband manages the expo. Unfortunately attendance is down more than 40 percent from 2 years ago. Registrations have to rebound before next January or it’s going be cancelled.

Professor, simplifying “Oil”, can it be “Airfryed” yes or no? Coconut Oil cannot. Neither can “Canola Oil”. That’s about as far as my knowledge in “Oil” goes… very respectfully, NJ

Good Evening Russell! Coat Check Autamation…. You may be onto something with a Rotbotic Arm…Intelligemce not to mess up…and how to evaluate the result. The only issue will be the different types of “Coats”. Can the “Robotic Arm, weigh and scan for size? Will there be three or four… choices for the Bot? Who wants to invest in the Prototype? Excellent project for School Children to do a one or two term study of this as a How to Get into Industrial Engineering University. What do you think Professor Russell? The hotdog guy needs to learn how to make hotdogs. Mustard is the must! Some diced onions are important too. Otherwise, this is another great video! Looks like the Russians are starving! I can order this same kind of sturgeon caviar from Atlanta’s smoke house or from Brooklyn’s Russian food store. 120 grammars can is 125 US bucks—very very affordable.
