a 10 minute mile is flying especially if you aren't a huge runner to start with . I have done a 10 minute mile a few times. Most of the time I have my dog with me and he insists on stopping and smelling, etc. I want it to be fun for him too so I don't mind. He knows where he can stop : ) Congratulations….you did great.

So glad you shared this and that you are so proud of yourself! I think you should have a weekly goal, like 4 days a week. The problem with workout challenges is1) they don’t give your body the rest and recovery needed for good health and 2) they don’t teach you how to create a realistic and sustainable workout routine. Check out my self massage series on knee pain and foot/ leg pain for more insight and technique to relieve the pain. Please don’t do a challenge, just create a realistic running out workout program you can do for life, or however long until you find a new workout interest. There is nothing wrong with you if you didn’t complete this one and trying to do another one isn’t the answer. Continue to be proud of all your hard work and get back in the gym, or out on the road, tomorrow! 😊 Don’t wait til February.

Yes, do another challenge! I love these and it motivates me! This month I’m doing a 30 day challenge: 1 mile a day (I’m walking so I can work my way up to running) and drinking at least 64 oz of water a day. So far I haven’t broken my streak!!

I’m so proud of you! I’m emotional watching this because what many don’t understand is most of all a challenge is believing in yourself yet having the knowledge to adjust and give yourself grace as life is always changing and sometimes plans change our plan!!

You’re amazing!! I’m so happy you still published this video, you should be so so proud!!!

So freaking proud of you!! I'm watching this as I'm at the gym and you have inspired me to try running. I downloaded couch to 5k to attempt as a goal for the new year and have been scared of failing. I totally understand when you said your mind gets to you before your body. You go girl!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
