Hi inga,i think you need to try indonesian food sometimes..😁 We also have the similar noodles dish with rad na,we called it kwetiau siram (poured horfun)
not sure if it was mentioned in the video but that noodle dish looks very similar(if not the exact same)as a chinese dish called 湿炒河粉, its like char hor fun but with gravy, originated from the Guangdong province.
Please do Malaysian food 😍 the noodle dish is similar to what we have here called 'hua dan he' in mandarin or 'wat dan hor' in cantonese! Maybe its because we and thailand are neighbours 🤣🤣 and is the last one basically pandan kaya?
Pandan leaves have two type, and both have different function… The fragrant one, are use for adding fragrant to the food.. The non-fragrant one, are use for food coloring because it has more deep green color than the fragrant one…
I'm subscribed to Pailin's channel too. I saw this and I thought "Ooh this looks good." I feel like Thai food is often in the background of its Asian food brethren.

The iconic of cooking Pad Kha Pao is "sneezing". 🙂
Holy basil not the same as Thai basil yah. Holy basil is harder to find hence many ppl opt for Thai basil.

Rad Na looks similar to Hor Fun while custard pandan is similar to Kaya Jam from Singapore and Malaysia!
Was that the same egg you actually fried?
