I enjoy it forget these people complaining lol. I've changed from carnivore to balanced back to carnivore in the time of a week and a half. So. Idk man. We're all figuring it out. Much love.

Oh man I love dragonfruit, too bad it really doesn’t agree with me. I’m still eating quite a lot of meat, but have now introduced veggies and still feel alright. I don’t think carnivore is sustainable long term, but hey, it works for some people. Just like plant-based works for some people.
I honestly don’t know what works best for you. I wish I could help somehow

Think about this fact from evolution: all herbivores evolved from carnivore ancestors. Think about it. Doves (herbivores) and owls (carnivores) have a common ancestor.

Kasey, add another meat day to your diet and see if it is enough of a bump for energy. Three-four nights a week eating meat should give you what you are lacking. Just please…cook the meat in the Instapot or oven. You do not need to keep doing these extreme flip flop diets. Just eat a little of everything you can tolerate.

Did you keep track of your macros and nutrients while on Carnivore? You need to be consuming a large amount of fat and organs to do it properly. Liver and bone marrow are the most important. Make sure fat is at least 50% of your diet as well! That could be why you felt the need to nap. Too much protein and not enough fat. Don't included purposely aged high meat if you don't enjoy it. You don't HAVE to eat high meat on a raw Carnivore diet, and should only be including it if it's something you enjoy. Eat more suet and bone marrow instead. You don't need egg yolks if you can do liver instead, too. Egg yolks are a nice source of extra fat though, just don't eat the sack! Pop the yolk and just eat the creamy insides, the sack is gross.

Battle hawk is looking impressive basking in the blue glow.
It’s as if battle hawk is protecting the snowy owl with power emanating from his tail feathers.
