Hi Ethan! I made these too. But 1/2 lavash is 120 calories. 1 full lavash is 240, but your macros seem to be for a full sandwich. The sandwich I made (which is identical to yours) is 551 calories, 53 carbs, 13 fat, 52 protein, with the full lavash. 7:48

Thank you for these great ideas. I am constantly looking for high protein, low carb/sugar foods for lunches and dinners. I am also looking for low sugar/carb desserts so any ideas for these would be awesome. I'm really enjoying watching your channel.

It seems that this whole thing with making a delicious meal in 10 min, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients you of course just happened to have in the fridge… occurs a lot more often to pro chefs, than depressed 40 year old males living alone.

That wrap looks delicious! I’ll have to try it. I like to buy bags of pre-grilled sliced chicken from the freezer section and keep a batch of cooked rice in the fridge and then it is super easy to whip up quick burrito bowls or stir fry.

Are we still doing the protein nonsense. It's calories people stop with the protein nonsense. Muscles are made out of 90% glycogen. Glycogen is sugar. Muscles are stored energy. Muscles are sugar. Protein repairs Muscles. They do not fill the muscle. Muscles are built from calorie surplus. Predominantly carbs. And weight is lost and cutting gained from a calorie deficit. How long are we gonna fight against things that have been already figured out for such a longgggggg time.

Those noodles are $36 just for a pack of 12 noodles. $36 and change, plus I am assuming the cost of shipping. I have the urge to throw something at you. I thought my shoe, but it isn't heavy enough, maybe a half full hydroflask. How dare you! Ps that suggested promo combo was $50+.

Would you mind only using metric measurements? You already used grams for spices, cheese, etc just keep using it for bigger quantities instead of using pounds.

Throwing in pounds randomly gets confusing
