Hi Glenda, I really love your videos. All of them, especially the cooking ones. I know times are tough for a lot of people, especially seniors. I hope you will not mind me sharing. My friend told me that everyone can go to as many food pantries where they live,as they need to. I thought I should let you and your sub friends know,as quite a few are in need. It would be good to get a little extra in. Your shepherds pie looked delicious. Thank -You for sharing and I'll keep on coming back. Take care❤️

The shepherds pie looks delicious! I put a layer of cheese on top also. I know people say it’s cottage pie but to me it will always be shepherds pie because that’s what my mama called it. You are a great cook! Thank you for sharing. 👩‍🍳

Good content Glenda. Shepherd's Pie looked delicious. I have eaten that for years at 2 of my favorite restaurants. One being a English Tea Room. The other at a Jewish deli/Restaurant. My late father and I loved to order this at Jewish/Deli. Place called TooJay's. I think Jason might know about it 2 locations in OrlDelicious. Love ya Glenda.

Glad you made it. I did buy this canned beef, it's good. I removed the fat. before cooking.
Real shepards pie is made with lamb. Great channel, btw: "Food Wishes" has a recipe.
I first do my onions, garlic etc, then, I would would add the beef. Strained the juice aside for liquid.

Hello my dear youtube friend! Here a little note from the Netherlands. Would love to have some recepies from you! You can cook very well. We also have those places where people can get food. There is poverty in this country. But people usualy come in that situation due to extreem sutthen situations in their lives. Have been homeless also, but not for a long time. We have good health care. I,m luckeley in the position to have a house i rent and have enough money to buy food. But i don,t have much money. But i feel blessed. I don,t need expensive things. I love to watch your video,s and the help you give others due to good information. Much love and stay well. 🌻⚘🌸

Glenda, you are so cute, I think I could only eat that meat, with so much fat, would be if I was in.a war starving. But you managed very well, and I could probably change my mind about eating it, the pie looked very very good.

Dear Glenda, when you said that you’ve had to take stuff to the flea market to sell in order to buy food you really made my day! I have to do that quite often and sometimes feel so alone when I’m doing it. I get embarrassed telling people that I have to do that so I keep it to myself. Living on Social Security these days is just not enough! The last week of the month can be very scary sometimes. God bless you for being brave enough to speak the truth, because now I don’t feel as embarrassed knowing that other people have to do this too. I’m so glad you enjoyed your shepherds pie. Looks yummy. ❤️

The canned meat is very expensive. I’ve checked. But looks good tho.
I use the package of mashed potatoes for the two of us for a side dish and add water then a little milk.
The those small package of instant potatoes are really thick with just water. But can add more water if that’s all you have,

    Can you get food stamps?
