The whole time you were about to flip it, my momma was saying “you can do it” over and over. Hahahah my momma is cute when she’s excited about something. I made these for supper tonight with some fried taters (redneck home fries). Thanks for the share of such an eggonomical breakfast meal.

There is something magic a cheese and eggs. It’s one of those combinations that work on a molecular level. Add any breakfast meat it’s going to be stellar. Best sandwich? In the summer nothing beats a BLT my friend.

It’s always nice to see Allie in these videos looks like you did a good job I would’ve given you more space in the pan by using a bigger pan but it still worked which is awesome I really wish that I could cook I don’t have the hand dexterity to be able to do all of that which kind of sucks anyway good job on the video.

I've made these, they really are great and easy. Most of the time I just use regular sliced cheese instead of shredded. I'll also alternate between different kinds of omelette toppings. always with a side of maple syrup to dip it in.
