I think that sauce is way too sweet for our taste, I would cut it down to 1 spoon of sugar and 1 spoon of corn syrup. Will try this next weekend.

A 'Billion ' thanks to you both. Since the war started here in Europe we have to now pay up to 40 percent more for cooking oil and we are only allowed two bottles each ( 750- 1000 ml ) I personally love it when chicken is deep fried in oil and my deep fryer has a minimum of 3 ltrs oil that I have to dispose of after two to three times frying chicken in. I happened to have that exact brand of fryer so tomorrow at lunchtime we will be having KFC made in the air fryer.
