My favorite breakfast sammich has a fried hash brown patty, bacon, sausage patty, american cheese, pepper jack cheese, a sunny side up egg (runny yolk FTW), and my habanero, blueberry and maple hot sauce on a toasted buttered english muffin!

Never too much Butter, It's called brown butter eggs, if you had a spoon you, wait for it…….. Spoon the butter over eggs the whole time and the yolks turn white like over easy, cook to hard and crispy, with bacon and hash browns, Guess what I'm having tomorrow, Kegs & Eggs

I haven’t finished the video but I have to pause to address the eggs frying in butter thing. For so many years I couldn’t figure out why my scrambled eggs were never as good as my grandmother’s. Keep in mind my grandma is a southern woman. I used to always spray my pan. WRONG!! It all clicked when she told me she only cooks eggs in butter or bacon grease. For you health conscious Karen’s out there……I’m 42? And my grandma is in better shape than me.

There’s a Munchies video about this guy who opened up a Pork Roll food truck and now he has a brick and mortar restaurant as well. Johnny’s Pork Roll and Coffee too I believe is the name. It’s one of my fave videos on YT.

A friend from Jersey recently gave me some of the Pork Roll and it’s delicious on a breakfast sandwich. I make burritos mostly with fried taters, a couple of eggs, lots of cheese, bacon, salsa and jalapeños.

Make some haystack cookies with the rest of your chow mein noodles if you've never had them. Butterscotch chips melted with peanut butter mixed with the noodles and scooped into little haystack piles.

All things La Choy are bad nostalgia for me. My dad was obsessed with the canned chicken chow mein. I guarantee that ish was even grosser than that ham spread from the other day. Literally tasted like chewing on the inside of a can. Blechhhhhhhh.

If you end up with extra Taylor pork roll I'll take some off your hands! 😂
