This song is great. I lost 100 lbs 7 years ago and kept it off. Yes, eat starch. It's not only good for weight-loss and satiety, it's good for your total health. As I approach 60, I'm healthier now than I was at 30. GO STARCH!

This song is amazing! Starch is my top one fuel as a working class man; potatoes, oats, barley and wholegrain breads followed by lots of fruits and vegetables give me energy for working long hours. I have only two problems: first of all, I am to thin(longtime problem with gaining weight) and second, usually once or twice at month I have really crazy binge eating events. Anybody knows, how to fight off junk food?

Coming across your channel a year ago was the first time I had even heard about no oil. I only had to change out a few food items from my daily nutrition + removing all the oil. I dropped off the last 12# in 1 month that I had been carrying around for the past 40 years! Thank you so much Chef AJ πŸ˜€

Years ago I heard about McDougall. Someone rich and well respected went for his counsel after a heart attack. For some reason I thought his program was only for rich people. Little did I know at the time, John McDougall's program is the exact opposite. It's by eating peasant food and foregoing a rich diet that brings true health. I'm eternally grateful to this man.
